Needed new set of Dunlop D402 WWW tires for my '07 Road King. Shopped around, mail order, and checked going across the border.

Best deal I could find was ACE MOTO Tech in Milton Ont.
Front MT90B-16 $200
Rear MT85B-16 $230

Install, balance, inner tubes and environmental fee and taxes extra. All in, $665.
Note that I removed wheels off bike and brought them in.

They did the R&R while I waited, about an hour.
These are stand up guys, great prices and excellent service!

I have a 2015 Ultra Classic that had to sit from October 2017 to April 2019 because winter and a heart attack that I had in April 2018. I put the battery back in it tried to start it the other day but found the battery in the security fob had died. So I replaced that and the main bike battery also. Turn switch to on position lights and neutral light comes on. But the bike refuses to start. I hear the starter engaging but it won’t spin the motor over. Tried to move the bike but it’s like it’s in gear even when I pull in the clutch. Any idea??? Thanks

Hello everyone, I have a 2015 Road King with about 26,000 miles on it. My security light as of late has been staying on. When I ran the Diagnostics it showed a code of b2161, and a pn 69994-12b (the BCM). Does this absolutely mean that my BCM it's bad and has to be replaced? Btw, I have no brake lights. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I cannot find any dyno sheets or graphs for E5S anywhere. Would anyone have one? I'd be keen to see at least one..and preferably for 80

Second thing: I know max CR for E5S is 10.5, but how low compression still makes sense with that cam ?

I am currently running with stock CR and EV46. But my engine is on the table now, so its time to upgrade..and most likely CR will be between 9.5 - 10.

(I am not considering Woods, Andrews, S&S or Crane grinds this time)

How low can I go?

Got an 07 electra glide with factory suspension (rear air) I want to put the rear down 3 inches at least and possibly the front if I have to.... Need you harley wizards to tell my newbie *** the cheapest way I can achieve this safely..... I also have a 21 in wheel up front and want to know if I drop the rear 3 inches if it's gonna be bad? I see guys throw 21s on streetglides all the time and don't lower the front so. I Dont think I HAVE to (probably a good idea at some point)....

Spent a couple days riding through Yosemite and the Southern Sierra foothills. Greenest I've ever seen it, wildflowers everywhere, Horses and cattle loving the grass, creeks and waterfalls flowing big time. Even the burn scars from the last fires are green around the burnt stumps. Great twisties, hardly any traffic midweek.

So I decided I am going to buy a Road King and I have been seeing some very very clean 2001-2008 with low miles in the 5k price range. My question is this which would you buy?

Assuming same equipment and paint on both

2003 with 5,000 miles for $5k (5speed,cam tensioners, 88)
2009 with 30,000 plus miles for $8k+(6speed, 96,frame change)

Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the 09? I know about the cam chain tensioners on the 88's. Its been 20 years since i owned a Harley.
I am asking assuming a completely clean title, no accidents no mods. Is it really worth it to buy the 09 for the extra 3 grand.

Just bought lowers with speaker pods and I'm looking to upgrade my system. Currently I have a 2015 RGS with the stock head unit, BT355 line leveler, CV B52 and Infinity Kappa 62ix speakers in the fairing. I have a Stinger spx 700x4 on the way to replace the CV B52 and I'm trying to figure out what speakers to put in the lowers and more than likely replace the Kappas in the fairing. I was thinking about doing the MMats PA601 in the lowers and the MMats PA601.cx in the fairing. They both seem to get pretty good reviews around here.
Are there other speakers in the same price range that I should consider for a four speaker setup for fairing and lowers?

Probably a dumb question, but the gas gauge on my road king isn't illuminated. Is that supposed to be? If not, how does it come out of the tank so I can fix the light bulb/socket?

And 2nd, does anyone know of some grippier brake pads for these? Whatever is on my bike now I have no idea. There's plenty of meat on em, but I'm not impressed with the stopping power. Also to add, the entire rear brake system is completely new and bled with a fresh bottle of DOT 5, from caliper to master cylinder. So it's definitely not a failing parts issue. I'm curious if anyone has used anything different that's experienced better results.

S&S Sidewinder 2 into 1 pipe with the ghost pipe, or shadow pipe as they advertise it. This is their race version without the cat. Fits Harley Davidson M8’s 2017 and up touring bikes. The only mark is where the collector heat shield covers the primary heat shields, but its not seen when assembled (it’s caused by the way they have to be assembled. If you bought new, you would get the same marks in a week’s worth of riding.) $800 for all, shipped to the lower 48. PayPal preferred.

Hey guys so I got the bike all back togeather . But ....yupp always a but with these tedious machines. When I put everything togeather and started it for the first time let it idle for 3 mins and every 10 15 seconds it would sneeze from intake and almost die keep running sneeze and shut off. So I opened carb up thinking that was way too lean and put in witch I was told a starting point of 48/190 but now I've run into a problem I've never seen no matter if I back out the idle screw or close the mix screw she dont choke out . It also seems that the choke half works doesnt kick up as high as it used to I now how v/h shorts and a arlinness stage 1 air on their . I think it might be too rich also if I'm out on it and I'm half open and I get on it prob 3/4 open I feel a sluggish feeling then it goes. No poping on diesel fires right up . Let me know what u guys think thanks 1996 wide glide. With CV carb brand new

Hello all, 2015 Road King, security light stays on, no brake lights or auxillary lamps. Code is b2161 (brake lamp output open). Noticed first that the left auxillary lamp was out, bulb was blown.Replaced bulb, worked like it should. Cleared the code but the red security light came back on. Noticed then that both auxillary lamps are out AND no brake lights, either by hand or foot levers. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
